Locating invoice and management portal link
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an invoice to your email from our payment processor PayPro Global. This email will contain information about your subscription, link to your invoice and link to subscription management portal.
Creating an account to management portal
By clicking on management portal link, you will be redirected to a login page. To set a password for your account, click "Forgot password".
Submit using your email.
You will receive a link to set your password.
Once you have set a password, enter your credentials and login.
Once you're in, you will find your order history, saved cards, subscriptions and personal information.
By clicking on "Order Details" from Order History page, you will find a breakdown of your order(s).
For cancelling subscription and changing payment information, head to "Subscriptions" tab on left side. If you wish to cancel your subscription, simply click "Cancel". You may continue to use the purchased products until the end of your subscription billing cycle, found on your invoice.
If you wish to continue a cancelled subscription, head to the same panel and click "Activate".
